Personality: Clever, intelligent, and energetic. Ebon is a charming and charismatic young mare who makes friends with every creature she meets. She's very playful and always prefers a romp around the paddock to munching on hay or dozing in the sunshine. Some of the older or calmer mares find her antics obnoxious.
Ebon is exceedingly difficult to keep weight on-- she doesn't care much about food and often ends up wandering off instead of eating, or is too focused on bothering the other mares to remember to eat her own feed. A few quick eaters like Lollipop and Ophelia have wisened up to Ebon's habits and are eager to take advantage of her absentmindedess, vaccuuming up their own grain and then hers before Ebon even notices she has any.
She's lots of fun to train and work with, notoriously unbothered by anything. The first time Jack ever hopped on her, it was bareback in the pasture one day. "She just seemed like she'd let me, so I went for it," says Jack. And she did, just stood there for a second and then moseyed off toward the pond. She has a tendency to ignore or not pay attention to commands and cues, but if you can get her to focus on you, she picks up new lessons very quickly and remembers them.
For stud/lease:
Yes. Breeds only to other BL Harlequines and to Approved CLs. If you don't own a BL Harlequine yet, you will for sure get a spot. If you already own one, it will depend on if you have a stallion I like or not.

You must wait until i age her up to age 5 before drawing your breeding picture, thank you!

I have to ask, and it'll be fine if you say no....could I breed her to Grievous? [link] He's a Harlequine BL through blood at the very least, I'm not sure if he's considered one color-wise or not, and if I have to redesign him a bit, it's not a problem for me. His design is very....malleable.

i'm sorry dearie, but i'm going to have to say no to this one. because he's a cyborg, an unnatural height, and i don't see any red on him, he wouldn't ever get approved by OHS. also, he appears to have Papillion Noir in his bloodlines twice, once as Inferno's ancestor and once again as Lady Glamour's ancestor, and inbreeding is a disqualifier. (even though it's really really distant, those are just the rules ) if i were you, i wouldn't call him a Harlequine at all. He's a great stud by his own merit and he doesn't need the Harlequine name attached to him in order to have lots of fine offspring and be a memorable and successful stud

That's fine. I figured that he wouldn't get approved for the breed, even though he has BL blood. I didn't know the distant inbreeding rule before the new rules came out, so that's my fault. But thank you for the compliment! :)

inbreeding has always been against the rules in HArpg and in Harlequines, since 2008 when they first came about, but it's understandable that you didn't know since it's hard to find the old rulebooks :3
Since he does have Noir in his lines twice, unless you change that, none of his offspring will be able to be registered as Harlequines either so you might want to take that into consideration and either "delete" one of the lines back to Noir, or change his breeding rules and let all of his "harlequine" offspring owners know that their foals are not Harlequines.

Would you be interested in aloowing your lovely mare to be the dam of my pre-created stallion concept? [link]

No. His markings don't look like hers or follow her inheritance rules at ALL, sorry. also, everyone else who wants the foals of my BL Harlequines must pay for the lineage in the form of a breedpic :3

He's also drawn on a lineart, and i don't allow the foals of my horses to be drawn on a lineart.

His markings do look like my mare The Guilty are Silent, "Scream", who is a Ghede-liner, so if you want him to be the foal of Scream and an unknown stallion, that would be ok with me if you draw some sort of breedpic. (since the sire is unknown he can be a silhouette with a question mark on him, or maybe it can just be Scream standing alone in the picture :3 ) and of course, draw him yourself

Ok, I do use line art or trace from one of my very own actual horse's pictures. I really am not good at doing horses when drawing. However for this I will attempt to draw two heads together. This is my best equine pose I do. LOL

Now off to go see your mare "Scream".

p.s. I will do the stallion's face. Hate to make you mare wonder "Who the heck was that and oh heck no he just did not try to sneak some of that !!"

hehe okay, sounds good! here's a link to Scream: [link]

and it's fine if you trace your own photos when you reference; a lot of people will tell you it's not a good way to learn but that's silly because art teachers have their students trace all the time to memorize the shapes of something. i personally find tracing very useful c:
